Kabylia is the Cultural Kasbah or the Attic of Tamazgha
Kabylia is the Cultural Kasbah* or the Attic of Tamazgha
Kabylian ancestors were there before the Phoenicians, Romans and Vandals. In many places in Kabylia, there are up to now inscriptions in Tifinagh and drawings like those in Tassili Najer. Kabylian had Kingdoms and armies; they also took part in most wars which opposed North Africa to violent barbarous foreigners.
Kabylians who are known to be the best soldiers in North Africa had always played a major role in the social and political shaping of this region of the world and its surroundings. You should also know that Kabylians like all other Amazighs in North Africa were not fixed in one place since the dawn of history. For many different reasons, all Amazigh people-armies, tribes, or families-had been moving from one place to another in Tamazgha and in many circumstances Kabylia served as a shelter for a lot of Amazigh revolutionary men (military troops and political leaders) because of its steep mountains and forests. Kabylia served also as a cultural shelter for all those numerous Amazigh families who fled the Amazigh urban centers, every time they fall under the enemy dominance-Roman, Vandal, Arabic and Turkish and French.
Thanks to its broken ground, steep mountains and forests, Kabylia helped hundreds of thousand Amazigh families to safeguard their culture-language, customs, traditions-and their race. That’s why Kabylia is said to be the attic of the Amazigh civilization and Amazighness. So, you see that Kabylia is a region which has welcomed all the North African Amazigh freedom fighters all throughout history. It’s like the Amazighness’ Kasbah of the entire Amazigh North Africa, Tamazgha. This explains why Kabylia has broad perspectives today for both Algeria and North Africa. This is why Kabylia will always be struggling for the rights of the Amazigh people all over North Africa and all over the world.
I just want to add that Kabylia has always offered a portrayal of what should be a North African Amazigh nation. It has always been the cradle of Secularism, Democracy, Human Rights, True Justice and True Universalism and True Economic Development. Yes, Kabylia has sworn to bring back the real face of Tamazgha because she is convinced that all her betrayed and abused children who pretend to be Arabic are in reality Amazighs who ignore their history and identity because of the anti-Amazigh Arabic-Nazislamist education system.
Kabylia is held to the ancestral oath of the Amazigh race and she will do everything necessary to win back the denied rights of all Amazighs in Tamazgha.
Don’t feel angry my mutant Algerian Arabic-Nazislamist because if you continue to reject your self-awareness and refuse to become conscious of your Amazighness, I will not feel sorry for you since your fascism and ignorance make you hate us, your yesterday’s and tomorrow’s blood brothers.
*It is the place for the local leader to live and as a defense when the city was under attack. A Kasbah has high walls built on the top of hills to make them easier to defend. Having a Kasbah built was a sign of wealth of some families in the city. Almost all cities had their Kasbah, this building being something necessary for the city to survive. When colonization started in 1830, in northern Algeria, there were a great number of Kasbahs that lasted for more than 100 years.
