Pederasty, an Islamic tradition
Pederasty, that is, sexual abuse of a young boy by an adult male, is widespread among Muslims in every age and clime, since the birth of Islam to modern times. often orientalists failed to see its roots which lie in the teachings of the prophet himself . Now other legal systems are for the protection of the weaker members of the society, especially women and children, whereas in the case of the Islamic legal system it is the opposite , Islamic legal system is in the service of strong virile, productive men, to the expense of women, children and slaves. In this system pederasty, that is, sexual abuse of a young boy by an adult male, is permitted and encouraged but homosexuality, that is sex between two adult males, is discouraged but still is considered as less sinful than say pre-marital sex between a man and a woman, as indicated in the following verse (4:16): If two men among you commit indecency admonish them both. If they repent and mend their ways, let them be. Allah is forgiving and merciful. ''
Hence we could safely say that islam turns a blind eye on homosexuality (if it is not more or less discouraged.
In the verses about the people of Lut, Allah said to them:’’why are you having sex with men’’. As you see he says men not boys,’’tootoon rreejaala’’ in original Arabic, therefore it does not include boys.
In the verses about the beautiful youth of paradise, he did encourage Muslims, to nurture a liking for sodomizing young boys.
Let me refresh your memories:
Verse 52 17 29:’’And they shall have sexy young boys circulating among them as if they were see-through pearls.’’
Verse 76 19: And immortal sexy young boys will seductively whirl in their presence, when you see them you will count them as shining pearls.
As you see he likened the young boys to pearls, in the same way as he did with Houris, pearl in Arabic poetry is a feminine sexual symbol.
Islam considers boys and women as of the same gender hence a woman is considered a minor all her life in Islam. However the feminine status of a boy is temporary and it ends with growing a beard. Beard is the symbol of manhood and virility in Islam and many who could not grow beards are treated as less than men and often abused sexually if the opportunity arises. Islam does not consider it as a rape or sexual abuse but rather a mere PLAY as described in the following hadeeth, narrated by Bukhari, where a pedophile is not permitted to marry the mother of the boy he raped :
(Bukhari LXII, 25): As for whom ever plays with a boy: if there is full penetration, then he shall not marry his mother.
Arabic: femen yelaebu bissabi: in adkhalahu fihi fela yetezewwejenne oummahu.

Islamic scholars who were brought up on the Koranic pederastic imagery of Muslim paradise naturally consider sexual pederastic pedophilic attraction to be natural and legitimate hence one of thirteenth centuries pedophile scholars Jurist Imam ibn al-Jawzi (died 1200) said boldly : "He who claims that he experiences no sexual desire when looking at beautiful young boys is a liar."

Althoigh clerics and jurists loved it , sufi Mystics such as Sanai of ghazna and others loathed it and attacked these clerics who shamelessly abuse their religious students in their Medrasas.

The practice is most widespread among the Muslims of midde-east and central asia especially among the arabs the pakistanis , the turks and the Persians.
Nineteenth century British Sufi student , orientalist and explorer Richard Francis Burton referred to pederasty as "the Persian vice." He mentioned the existence of pederastic brothels in persia, afganistan , turkmanistan and Muslim india that the catamites (as they are called these rent-boys in Persian)‘’are prepared with extreme care by diet, baths, depilation, unguents and a host of artists in cosmetics." Richard Francis Burton notes that, "The Afghans are commercial travellers on a large scale and each caravan is accompanied by a number of boys and lads almost in woman's attire with kohl'd eyes and rouged cheeks, long tresses and henna'd fingers and toes, riding luxuriously in Kajawas or camel-panniers: they are called Kuch-i safari, or travelling wives, and the husbands trudge patiently by their sides." Burton also reported a Persian popular pederastic proverb: ‘’Women for breeding, boys for pleasure’’.
Medieval Arabic and Persian poetry abounds with erotic pederastic poetry . One of the famous poets of this genre was Abu Nouwwas, an Arabic-Persian poet, who infamously indulged in drinking and sodomy which became subsequently the main topics of his poems..to many arab poets their ideal object of love is a young beautiful beardless boy and not a young beautiful woman as in other cultures.
Among the Turks of Central Asia, the equivalent of Persian "catamite" is bacchá, a young rent-boy who sings and dance erotic songs for adult men. He wore women’s cloths and makeup. The bachá ceases to be one as soon as he begins to grow a beard. The Russians in their attempts to civilise the Turks banned this practice after the Russian conquest in the ninteenth century .

The Ottoman Turks often used the young male and female captives of the Christian lands they conquered as sexual slaves . They used the female captives in Harems and private bordellos and they used the male captives either in military camps or in bathhouses, male brothels and cafes.
The english prisoner Thomas Sherley, who was held captive by the Ottomans between 1603 and 1605 reported in his Discourse of the Turks that "For their Sodommerye they use it soe publiquely and impudentlye as an honest Christian woulde shame to companye his wyffe as they do with their buggeringe boys."
The most recent famous story is that of of the English adventurer Laurence of Arabia who when captured by the Turks was sodomized by the Turkish Emir himself.
The Arabs of the Arabian Desert are well known for castrating their male captives (turning them into eunuchs)and using them as sexual and domestic slaves.
Few years back I watched a BBC documentary about bedouin arabs when one of them brag about how many penises he cut.
Among the arabic-speaking North africans there is an equivalent of the Persian term ‘katamite’ it is called ‘bejlitt‘ which means beardless sexy young boy who is considered as as a legitimate rape target by adult men. Among them pederastic exploits are considered as a sign of bravery and virility (redjla) Note that pederasty is loathed by their berber-speaking neighbours. This is due probably to lesser Islamic influence on the latter.
To this day pederasty is still deeply rooted in turkish persian pakistani and arab cultures.
In recent years , in Afghanistan, thousands of Pakistani and afghan boys recruited by mullahs under the guise of jihad to fight for the Taliban thought to be held as sexual slaves in private jails( J. Gettleman in the L. A. Times, July 2001). In Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf States, Sudan and other Islamic countries the Trafficking of Children (mainly east Africans, philipinos, bengalis, Pakistanis and Afghans) for Sexual exploitation is thought to be widespread according to many international child welfare agencies.
It is now clear from the foregoing that this evil pederastic institution is primarily an Islamic tradition founded by Muhammad himself (Him and his followers used to enslave young male captives and all females while killing the adult men of the tribes they conquered), and carried out by his followers to the present day.
