The forever crisis, ignorance, lack of self-confidence, obstinacy to seek for a scapegoat, are urging some Algerians to consider themselves Arabs more than the Arabs and Muslims more than the other Muslims. This escape is an offset to justify their failure to place themselves on the chessboard of the modern society.
Sociologists, psychologists and educators are left behind in dealing with this matter to avoid the repeated failures that dominate Algeria. The religion took over the feelings and became a business to empower this lack of ease, on the pretext of protecting Islam from the evangelical propaganda.

Lately, we have been witnesses of a non-common campaign against kabylia, initiated by the government and some of the Arabic-written newspapers like Echoourk El yawmi, this newspaper does not only inform but creates some facts to make up events, and fictions.
Ignacio Ramonet, in his book “la tyrannie de la communication” (tyranny of the communication) describes the media as a tool serving pressure groups or lobbies .He explained how information often lacks purpose or substance to distract people from their real problems. Concerning Echourouk, newspaper, I try to cite only two titles among the armada of articles that are verging on ridiculous.

The Kabyles would like to have this newspaper to explain, what is the portion reserved for kabylia in the government development projects or investments? , The east –west highway project is the striking example, it bypasses the kabylia region to isolate us from the rest of the country and prevent any change that may contribute to the development of Kabylia.
They rarely talk about corruption, border traffic, embezzlement of public funds, and those families that use the oil money illegally to fly for Switzerland just for some window shopping …we have the right to ask why this focus on one region, while the hot topics are not hard to find.

There are several ways to interpret this dangerous campaign against Kabylia :

• Advertising themselves by playing the role of good students and defenders of Islamic values even trigger a war between ethnic groups for the only aim to get hired by some Middle Eastern media maybe within Aljazeera of Alarabiya TV.

• Advertise and sell a newspaper known for its unskillful journalists, lacking ideas able to raise awareness for a minimum of justice.

• Echourouk plays a dirty game to help out the government that is in a deadlock.

• The extreme hate against Kabyles and their fantasy to see kabylia disappear .

• Take advantage of the poor security conditions to create a conflict between Kabyles and Islamists to get rid of a problem that is originated from them a long time ago.

The successive anti-kabyle campaigns are not recent. The evangelization in Algeria apparently doest not bother more than the political awareness of Kabyles, which goes against the interests of the corrupted government and the forever conspiracy against kabylia, took Algeria a hostage for many decades.

The Algerian constitution guarantees freedom of speech and opinion, today the ones who voted that constitution are seeking to violate it, they keep kabylia constantly in their eyes and despite its hardships, it proudly keeps the head on the shoulders.

Muslims.Christians, atheists… They are all Kabyles and they do not have a land to exchange or promised land outside kabylia. This divergence lies in the government planning, they have a pragmatic approach more realistic than religious about politics and the control of business affairs, all these evasive actions will have no impact on the unity of kabyles and Kabylia.
