Who orders to burn Kabylia?

Since the confusing operation of the islamist terrorists in Yakouren, in the night of the 12 of July 2007, and particularly these last days, the army stationed in number in Kabylia for some reasons which never were given, fire voluntarily forests and the kabyle’s olive groves under the fallacious pretext of the anti-terrorist fight.

If it were enough to put punctually fire at the kabyle forests to make an end to the islamist terrorists who, let us remind it, are not from the area, nobody would find anything to say, since one would gain at the exchange. However, the method is far from being reliable. The French Army which, already, during the war of Algeria, had used napalm against the resistans, had very quickly realized the inefficiency of the fires that devastated the environment. Why dooes the Algerain army is burnig everything that can burn in Kabylia, and during this heat wave ?

The operational elements of the ANP (Algerian popular army, ndr) would never have decided of their own the initiative to practise the scorched earth policy in Kabylia if they did not receive from it the order from the High military Hierarchy. Who is thus behind these orders? If they do not exist, why does nobody order to stop these voluntary fires which make the Kabylians everydays a hell and land a desert? Do anyone continue to punish Kabylians for their refusal to be arabised and their will to exist as a people?

Would these crimes against the kabylian people and nature be, once more, as at the time of the case of parachuting of weapons in the Cape Sigli, close to Bgayet (Bejaia), a vulgar operation of diversion while waiting to settle in high place the difficult question of the succession at the top of the Algerian State?
